精加工
我们的青铜轴承很容易加工。基本上，我们的产品的加工与普通钢材的加工没有很大区别。不需要特殊的工具，但一定要使用锋利的、最好是新的工具。
铣削
建议使用高速钢或硬质合金工具，使用冷却润滑剂。首先预粗加工至约0.3mm的公称距离。一般来说。铣削/粗加工只需很小的力气，慢速前进，高转速和小深度的切削。
钻削
使用高速钢或硬质合金工具时，建议使用冷却润滑剂。如同普通钢材一样钻孔，如果有必要，可以在相同的转速下增加前向进给。平板必须从背面钻孔，如果有必要通过固体润滑剂库进行钻孔，则应在滑动面上进行沉孔。
